Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature and exclusive status of our products (production props, memorabilia, and intimate apparel), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a unique, used production prop in "as-is" condition.
2. Hygiene & Safety
For strict health and hygiene reasons, and to protect the integrity of our collection for all customers, we cannot accept returns on any worn items. Once the package leaves our studio, it is considered a final sale.
3. Item Condition (Important)
Our items are sold as "Production Props." This means they may feature tears, runs, stains (oil/lotion), or signs of wear. These are not defects; they are the intended features of the product as seen in our video content. We do not offer refunds based on the condition of the item (e.g., "it is torn" or "it is dirty") as this is the nature of the memorabilia.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items (Shipping Issues)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Item A but received Item B), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@goddessasmr.com . We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct.
