All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging (bubble mailers or boxes).
There are NO logos, product descriptions, or revealing text on the outside of the package.
The sender name will appear as a generic fulfillment center or person's name, ensuring complete discretion.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Note: Some exclusive items are "prepared" upon order to ensure maximum authenticity and quality. This process takes time. We appreciate your patience.

VIP Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $35.00

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country.
HaNa Stocking is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer as the importer.
However, we do our best to label packages appropriately to minimize issues.
6. Lost/Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
